is anyone aware of any retreats or kirtans or anything of the sort happening in america this summer?

My Guru, Swami Tejomayananda is doing a series of gyana yagnas in July-August. You can see his itinerary at http://www.chinmayamission.com/itinerary/SwTejo_Iti2005-HT.htm I am going to travel with him from the Michigan to the Columbus yagnas. I would particularly reccomend the bhagavatam discourses in Chicago, he is really brings out the beauty in katha very well, with humour and with bhajans and at the same time he also infuses a strong element of knowledge and meditation into it.

Dada Vaswani, a truly wonderful teacher, is currently doing a serieos of talks in and around New York. He is also doing a summer camp for younglings until August in Rochester, NY.

The most loving Sri Amritanandamayi Devi Ammachi to her disciples, is touring America

The Satchidananda Ashram also has something or other going on all year long. Their website is www.yogaville.org
