The bottom line is that we are all gettin ripped off. Think about the entire chain of people that make $$ just because you pay $50 or whatever price for an eigth. This is a result of laws and the general greediness of people. Solution: grow your own. Its cheap and fun!!!!

and nobody around here pays more than $10 a gram unless they are "newbies".

That's the rules, around here. Be prepared to walk away from your dealer, out of total respect for the game. Your dealer should understand you wanting a fairer deal.

if you don't like the prices, grow it yourself.

one closet setup with lights, odor control, seeds, soil, pots, nutrients and electricity: 400$

say two well grown plants yield 6 ounces of dry bud (totally doable from a grower who has done their research). this works out to be 8.30$ per 1/8th of the best dank you've ever smoked. do a second grow where you'll only need new soil. now you're down to like 1.00$ per 1/8th. probably the best deal in town right there...

I think its how much respect you have. For me its respect and age. I am 16 and the best price I can get for 1/4 is 90, granted its great weed IMO. And the going rate for a gram is anywhere from 15-20. There’s not much I can do. I ask them if they can do $10 for a gram and like 70 for 1/4. They look at me like I’m crazy. So in my opinion it’s my age, respect, location, and how many hands it’s been through. If you guys have any suggestions that would be great. If not then I'm stuck with what I can get. I'm not upset but rather bummed out. I guess I need to move to Canada or Europe but that’s not happening anytime soon. I live in Florida btw.
