I really want to know how many British women have experience with circumcised men, because I'm thinking of having the operation. I don't have any medical problems or anything, I've just heard some women talking about cut cocks like they were a real turn-on, and I don't care about the short-term pain.

I have a few friends who've had the chop. From what I've heard it's fairly debatable as to whether girls prefer it or not. It depends what they're used to. In America, where most men are circumcised, more women tend to report that they prefer it, whereas the opposite seems to be the case in Britain. Either way, it'll make it a hell of a lot harder to masturbate, and has no real benefits in itself, unless you have a medical condition. I'm against circumcising children without them having the choice, but you have the choice. I'd advise against it, so would one of my Jewish mates who wasn't given the choice....

One was cut for medical reasons, the rest because they're Jewish or American or both. My friend who's against it is ethnically, but not religiously Jewish, and is a pretty staunch athiest, so is against it largely, I think, on the grounds that it's fairly barbaric to do that to a baby who has no choice, just because the Old Testament tells you so. From reports I've heard, from cut and un-cut, I don't think it matters either way in Britain. Certainly in America girls seem to prefer blokes with no skin, but in Britain I think it's less of an issue, and most guys aren't circumcised anyway. Afterall, once you've got your trousers down, you've pretty much scored anyway, it's not going to make much difference. I'd say foreskins or lack of them, are probably one of the lowest things on many girls' lists of desireable attributes....

bad thing to do the majority of guys europe are uncircumcised and I cant see that we are any disadvantage .

There have been cases of babys dieing after being circ so although its not that dangerous there is a risk and for something that doesnt really do any good .

I believe the original idea was to stop people masterbating and since then they have tried to come up with a list of good reasons for pointless surgery all of which have been debunked .
