Originally, my man and I planned a nice weekend where we would just concentrate on each other (part of my birthday wish). Then on Thursday night, I got food poisoning and ended up puking very unattractively..

Needless to say, I couldn't work the next day and couldn't eat too. Of course, I had to call off the weekend. Sucks...

On my 21st birthday I flew up to Michigan to go party with my twin ( i live in Texas). I got sick from the plane ride (which has never happened to me before) and spent the night of my 21st birthday pukeing in the bathroom...without being drunk first!!

Guess I will just have to make it up on my 22nd birthday :P

Exactly! I didn't even drink a single drop! I was puking at 2 am then again at 6 and then all I could do was just sleep and sleep.

Ya, me too. A question for you ladies. Do you get mood swings during PMS?
My period is due and I'm getting very depressed while my poor man is trying to make up for this weekend's mishaps. Can't help it but just gets so frustrated with everything.

Any ways that can help me prevent annoying him in the end too?

i believe evening primrose tablets is good for pms...doesnt work the first month tho, you hafta be taking it a while i think. not too sure. not taken it but was recommended by some work colleagues when i had such bad pains i was curled up on the rather grotty floor of the staff room cabin.

True actually, absence does make theheart go fonder. We were both unhappy for the entire weekend. I was unhappy because it just seems as though nothing in my life is going the right way. Too many job offers, then the difficulty of rejecting things, then food poisoning, then my weekend. Well, in girl terms, just PMS but I managed to transfer it to him. Poor him! But he was a gentleman about it so its cool now and I get to go on a Hot Springs trip afterwards..

I've heard about evening primrose when I was in High school. A friend of mine was taking it. However, where I lived at that time, those were imported and damn expensive! But I guess now that I'm working and living in a totally different place with different living costs, I'm gonna go look for it. Thanks for the advice.
