Interesting article on the BBC website (perhaps a corresponding tv segment as well?) about one of Haile Selassie's most trusted servants. Highlights of the interview include a unique perspective on Haile Sellasie and Ethiopian foreign affairs, the famine in Wello (which killed +200,000 while HIM was in power), and the resulting coup d'etat by the Derg.
