I dreamed heroin addicts tried to kill me

OK so I'm out in the middle of America and I go to a party and see these two chicks walk in with a boy. The women were ruff lookin, the one had scars on her face, neon green eyes and a tattoo under her eye. So they saw me and tried to kill me.I escaped through a window. Yet I was still a million miles from home, what do you think.

I had a similar dream except that it was my 9 year old sister and her friends attacking me with dirty needles!! EEEK!! Maybe it means that you fear drug addiction.
