My doctor recommended me to a psychologist and psychiatrist (why both I dont know.) So in a few weeks I'll be going and I'm just wonderng what to expect. Like what kinda questions will they ask and what in general do they discuss with you.
I'm going for depression/anxiety btw.

uhmm... i dont really know... but i gotta tell you: i think its great that you go! its such a big step!!!!
have you been there for an intake already?? because if its an intake, they will ask things to see whats going on with you and how bad it is and what kind of treatment will be best for you...
for the rest i always say... you can get from therapy what you put in it!

good advice, i agree, attitude is the factor that makes all the difference.
A book that I found has a very good perspective on psychology is "The Choice Theory" by Dr. William Glasser. If you have a library nearby, it might be worthwhile to have a look at it before you go, to give you some info.
