Help me grow!

I want to start growing marijuana but am not sure how to exactly do it. I cant grow it inside since my parents will find out. I want to start it ALL outside so I will not get busted. I only have a few questions:

Does the soil have to be good quality? can i just dig around and mix up the soil and plant it?

Getting Started: I heard that the hardest part of growing marijuana is starting. Any tips on how to start it outside without it dying or costing me a lot of money?

I dont need tips on drying or anything, I just need to grow the plant. Any useful tips will be appreciated. I CANNOT start inside, has to be completly done outside.

btw, should i put my seeds in a wet paper towel or sponge first? Just so the seeds start opening and the growing is faster?

putting your seeds in a sponge or paper towels is called germinating...and yes you shoudl put them in a moist paper towel and (keep it moist) place them under your mattress.....well i recommend on goin to walmart and buying a bag of peat moss for like 3 bucks........the brand is shultz or sumthin like that but i woudlnt just pick any soil and place seeds in it.....and since you r groing out side i woudl reccomen on buying a a storage bin and fill it with the soil i mentioned above.....(thats what i have and it was under 25 bucks) but make sure that you have holes for drainage you always want to have drainage!!!!! but i dk if you have any more questions plz fel free to ask..........and i reccommend on goin to www.weedtalk.com they have alot more expierenced growers there and explain in FULL detail.......b_O420

Well, Im going to grow it inside for a week now...Just until thye get a few inches tall. I have some soil now and ill be able to find something to grow it in. Thanks.
