SWEET PEANUTS

1 cup of water 1 1/2 or 2 cup of sugar 1 pound of peanuts

Cook th peanuts with the water and the sugar, stir constantly until it forms a candy. Then, put the mixture in a tin greased of butter, and enjoy it.


Whats it saying? is the butter heated?

Its saying pour into a greased tin, meaning rub some butter on the bottom and sides of a greased tin. (By tin im assuming they mean cookie sheet.) You want to grease your container because as the candy cools, it will stick to anything it touches.
