conversation with god

I was reading my roomies religions book the other day and read an article that was about moses yelling at a man for using gods name improperly (like referring to god as another religion does) and god replied to him that it does not matter how you call god, just doing it is all thats important...hindu's call out to god in their way as muslims do in their own way.....

now my question is.... is this conversation in the bible?
