porridge?

what do i do with leftover porridge? the sweetener & milk are already added. there's got to be something i can do with it besides allowing it to congeal in a bowl in my fridge & eventually get thrown out.

You can add almonds,nuts,raisins and dried fruits or whatever you like, some wheat flour and baking soda and -if it wasn`t that sweet before- a spoonful of honey and make some nice cookies.
