like cutting myself. i hate it when i get like this. i get so stressed and overwhelmed i want control and cutting is my way of control.

i'm broke, my kids won't fighting, my head hurts, and i feel like im in overload...


if the feeling dosent pass i'm taking myself to the hospital

im so sorry that you feel like that. i dont really know you so i dont really can give you some advice on what to do or something. but i hope you got through the day and you've found some rest... i know the feeling of wanting to cut and i also know, that when you are ready, you can beat that urge. how are you doing right now??

well i ended up cutting , but i have a appointment with my local mental health on monday. i'm changing meds this crap i'm taking sucks.
