Since DEA, and other Anti-Drug agencies started taking your drugs when you get busted, And since MANY US States have a "Medical Marijuana" law, the US Government had gotted into the Drug Business! it could also be the risk factor. Just being young makes you look suspicious, especially if you look less than socially upstandanding.

Seems like a lot of old folks I know who smoke it don't seem like they'd smoke it, so there's less risk, less risk means less worry, less worry means more product, more product means better prices, etc. etc.
