Help w/new growth edge color

Can't figure out this nutrient/ph or "other" problem.

New growth on plant showing almost "bright" (under lamps) yellow edges on New growth tip edges. Chlorosis showing on leaves, but continues to grow like a rocket...19" at 5+ weeks (from seed).
Cannot peg down the problem using Grow Bible or my PH meter.

Conditions: Magic Earth potting soil, veg. grow powder additive to soil at half strength, CO2 enhanced environment, tight grow room, 85 degrees +/-, 400MH & 600HPS on light mover.
Water is from well. Rather alkaline, about 7+ most of time.

NL strain growing fast...but showing chlorosis and bright yellow on NEW growth tips.
Lush growth.

Any comments on the bright yellow edges would be appreciated.

Also would appreciate comments on well-water PH adjustments.

Try using brer rabbit blackstrap mollasses with your best trace element fert, kelp or
tigerbloom is good too. The mollasses will cheleate the unavailable nutrients, make them available to the plant. The sugar in it feeds the microbes in the soil, it is important to bild a good colony of microbes in the soil, healtyhy soil- healthy plants.
blackstrap mollasses from a feedstore is the best and cheapest.
some other "catalist" products are very expensive, and do the same basic thing.
I had wild plants in the yard i watered with tigerbloom and mollasses and they got green overnight.
if you see brown spots id try epsom salts, sounds almost like a mag def.
cal mag plus is great for def. as well.
MOLLASSES has the wonderful ability to unlock nutrients that are unavailable to the plant. Magical magical magical - if your soil is locked it will unlock it in other words.
One tablespoon per gallon add to your regular mix.

i am new to growing and my plants are busting with leaves while the stem has stopped growing. the leaves are turning yellow. i would like to learn more about mollases. how do you give to plants? do you mix with water? i am eager to learn some tricks!

Well water is hard and to bring down get some earth juice natural ph down.Nutrients disolve very slowly or not at all in alkaline or acidic conditions forming insoluble mineral compounds thus locking up nutrients availability to plants.I bet your well water is 7.5 or better and if ya get that down with some ph down I think you will solve your new growth issues which require fixed nutrients(S,Ca,Fe,Mn,B,and Cu) to grow and are probly locked out.Flush with ph adjusted water and continue normal waterings.
