I like blue cheese. Stilton with port is delicious! Like a lot of different cheeses though, also cheese with herbs or mustard seeds or whatever.

Oh, we do a thing where you put real cheese curds on top of hot french fries and then top with hot brown gravy. Yummy!

I love cottage cheese and pot cheese on saltine crackers. Sometimes I like to have ricotta cheese mixed in my spagetti and tomato sauce too. Soft cheeses are nice, especially strong flavored ones on a cracker, but hard chessed are great too. Really love my chedder.

Wisconsin fried cheese curds rock!!! If there's anything I miss about my ex-husband (he was a Wisconsinite), it's regular access to the cheese curds! And that's the only thing I miss! LOL!

I was all ready to say Provolone, which don't get me wrong, is a fine, fine cheese. It's Italian, so of course it's awesome.

But then I remembered ol' Pepper Jack. Yes, Pepper Jack is the shit. Put it with some pastrami on rye, with mayo or miracle whip, and pepperoncini. You get all the four basic food groups: sweet, sour, spicy, and meat. All in one lovely sandwich.

I just realized all you vegans and whatnot will filet me for suggesting pastrami, but I don't care. It's friggin' good.

A week or so ago I was on a plane and they gave a snack which was some crackers, and smoked gouda cheese spread. It was my first time having it. I must admit it rocked my socks. (ahah I almost typed rocked my cock. That would speak pretty well of a cheese if it rocked my cock)

Do they have it as a solid too? I have to find some more! Pepper jack still rules though.

Cheddar Cheese without doubt.!
I live 20 miles away from where it was invented.
Cheddar Gorge in Somereset, (UK) made it first and typical
British they forgot to ''patent'' the name, btw.
Cheddar Gorge in Somerset is famous for having underground
''caves'' as well, where they used to store it.
