Indoor or outdoor seeds?

Does it matter if u grow an outdoor bud plant in doors, in like a closet grow room? Or are these seeds very sensitive to the enviornment around them or sumthin.

It will grow really well this way around,
however, growing an indoor strain outside
will be difficult. It will grow (veg) well but
when it comes to budding the weather will
not be sufficient enough to let them finish
budding.
