OK, so I got a small empty computer tower which could hold bout 6 seedlings for the first 2-4 weeks of growth, then I will transplant them and put them in a rubbermaid storage box(vegetive chamber).
These both have limited spaces(especially the empty computer tower), what lights should I use that do not have a fire hazard?

Fluoro's would be my geuss on the coolest light you could use...the spiral type. All lights are fire hazards if not wired & mounted correctly.

your growing inside a computer case?! covert style'e! :)
with limited space you will probably need something like an envirolite - they don't give off any heat - they had one on in the growshop and you could touch the bulb when it was on!
like mud hunter says - make sure everythings fitted correctly, and get a fire alarm ... just in case like ;)
