If you don't know what johny appleweed is, it's when you save up all your seeds from the winter and then plant them willy-nilly all over the place in spring.

I was thinking, we should pick a certain date and have as many people do this at once, they'll never be able to find all of the plants. Then those plants will have babies and then maybe we'll have weed growing in ditches along the highways again...

I was thinking of just feeding them to birds, that way the plants would be spread out over a large area and would have some fertilizer added when they land....

I did that last year. I've never heard of it being called anything though!

I planted a bunch in the grass medians near the street. It was funny. They grew about a foot before someone cut them down

i only have around thirty seeds, but ill definitely see what my friends got...last year we actually found a plant growing by the railroad, but someone stole the whole thing! and i have a feeling they had no idea how to prune and dry it right, so it was such a major waste...heres a picture i took of it

Make sure to scatter the seeds randomly and in places where people won't easily find them. Hopefully, if people keep doing this weed will grow wildly once again... and pepperland will be free.

unacanny...I woke up from a wonderful dream just about a week ago where myself and some friends were doing just what you talked about...April 20 (4/20) would be a good date to remember, but then again, too early to plant successfully in alot of areas

Love the idea bro, keep this thread going to inform others. My friend's grandpa owns this huge farm that the army used to plant like feilds, and feilds of weed on for the cultivation of hemp for different purposes. There is still tons of wild weed there. I will make sure to plant all I have!

I think thats an awsome idea but i dont think the plants will grow by themselves. you need to have proper light and water and shit. But it is a good idea.

Although good plants generaly have people taking care of them, people sometimes still find wild plants.

I'd say go to walmart and buy a bunch of those fertilizor sticks, and just stick one or two down by every cluster of seeds.

Please don't.
You will ruin the crops of all local growers.
The last thing I need is for a rouge dirtweed male to seed all my sinsemilla plants. 1 sinsemilla plant is worth 4 times more than pot that's rife with seeds.
And in most cases, pot won't grow unless it's tended.
This approach has been tried before. The untended plants die, the ones people see will get ripped up LONG before they grow buds.

I think ima go and find a reclusive marsh in the middle of nowheres to scatter all of my seeds, and hopefully it will grow, and hopefully no one will find it.

that's a cool idea and its funny because i was thinking of the same thing and just searching to see if anyone planned to do it...so everyone should save all there seeds over the winter and plant them on may 1st in various places? Sounds like a good idea to me.

the point isn't to hide the seeds and harvest the pot. that simply wont work - they'll be untended, you won't know where they are, and they'll be destroyed before harvest, as has been mentioned. not to forget that they'll be about 50 percent males. wild pot is shitty pot, almost 100% of the time (perhaps a good female seed may be carried to a secluded location via birdshit...i dunno)

the point rather is to plant them in lots of PUBLIC, VISIBLE places. make it a common weed for the city, not something running wild through fields and forests. put it in public plants, flowerbeds, bushes, etc. outside of office buildings and such. preferably put it someplace where it won't be visible until its just mature enough to tell what it is. all the time the city will waste eradicating it - and they know no one will ever get to smoke it, anyway. what a waste of money....what a waste of time....its a foolish idea, but in the past it was always intended to make people realize how stupid and unnecessary prohibition is. but that won't happen, and not enough people would do it to even see if it would have a chance to work anyway. if you want to plant seeds, just keep a private garden and don't tell people. its much more beneficial.
