There is the Los Tuxtlas Gathering happening from new moon to new moon starting March 10 just outside Catemaco Mexico in the state of Veracruz.
This is an international gathering and more info on it can be found at www.catemaco.org (other good places to look for future gatherings are welcomehome.org and welcomehere.org) The US nationals won't be till late June/Early July.
