buds not forming

sorry, posted this in another forum before seeing this one!

Hi All

I am experiencing budding problems with my plants.

They are OASIS 100% female seeds, which have grown really well in veg state.

Now, after weeks of 12 hour light cycle (at least 8) they are trying like mad to produce buds, but instead are making tiny leaves, some of which are resin coated, It also smells very resinous!

My hunch is that I've over fertilized, or the temp is wrong in the room (too cold?)

If I've over fertilized, can I flush it with water to get the buds to form, or have I lost the crop? :(

Is your room light tight during the 12 dark hours?

you must have light leaks. it must be darker in there,or they do that.
