Wierd glass peice.

so I got this glass pipe, but theres a problem, I packed a bowl and smoked like 2 hoots out of it then it got clogged, so I was like, sweet resin hit (hehehe) but then when I took the weed out it was so clogged u couldnt get shit from it, and I looked and where the hole is in the bowl, its blocked by a peice of glass, and i have no clue why. Can someone help me out with this?

I think its a defect. the store I bought it from will take it back and get me a new one. Its funny the dudes like "what do u mean?" and I was like "I cant get a fuckin hoot cuz the peice is blocked" and hes like "Clean it out the BEST you POSSIBLY can and return it with a receipt."
