In the last 2 or 3 years, on the net, i have noticed that suddenly there is an "s" at the end of the "Rainbow Family Of Living Light" 's annual summer national gathering. I mean there is only one gathering so why has the national become the "nationals" ?

I've always prefered "annual" to "national". The PC hippies prefer this because Rainbow recognizes no national boundaries, or we are our own nation, or something. I prefer it because of the etymological relationship between "annual" and "anus". Brings a whole new meaning to "Main Circle"...
