Well, I live in upstate SC, and I buy some weed from here and some from Charlotte, about 20 mi north of me in NC. The regs we get is decent shit, some stems but few seeds. I buy an ounce, 3 oz. or a qp at a time. I pay 70 an oz. and usually 200-220 for a qp. Quality weed is hard to find around here. People see weed around here that hasn't been compacted and its automatically "dro" or "KB". They know nothing of fine quality herb. When I want good shit, my buddy from NYC gets some really nice diesel and sometimes white widow for decent prices.
