Religious journeys/pilgrimages?

I'm going to India on March 1st for a few months and from their to South East Asia for a few more months to take in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Laos. For me this is a real pilgrimage due to the fact I'll be visiting the Dalai Lama outside Dharamsala and several monastries and temples in Sikkim and all over South East Asia, has anyone ever else been on a pilgrimage they'd like to share??

Wow, that sounds AWESOME Spacer!!!! I am very envious of you right now, I don't even have the funds to get me on a plane just to India! That will certainly be a grand spiritual journey indeed!
