i'm lookin to go to the outer banks in late july
i need a lil advice on where exactly to stay/go
i need to surf and hang out w/ some kind folks (especially some sexy boys :D)

Rodanthe's got the best waves. Just stay the away from the pier. lmao.... at least Crazy Dick doesn't run it anymore... I never met him (used to fish there all the time before I became vegan) but i've heard my share of stories. :p Just dodge the gotcha plugs and you'll be fine. I hit a surfer right between his eyes with a stingsilver one time and he was pissed.
