Astral projection

does anyone have any tips or techniques, i know this as been discussed in the main forum but as usual out there it turned into an arguement.
anyone know of any techniques they'd be willing to share??

my tip is to consolidate your Soul here on Earth long before you think about Astral Projection. that kinda stuff takes a lot of a certain kind of power. you're more powerful and safer if you develop a very strong foundation on this planet first.
