Just a quick question...how much rue should you take if you're going to be doing m. hostillis? What's the best way to take it?

for just an MAOI take 3-5 grams. I suggest gel capsules or a tea.

it is pretty easy to do the "manske/hasenfratz" extraction method (vinegar soak, filter & add NaCl, chill & gather crystals of crude harmine/harmaline HCl)
---> the crystals are pretty, and 175 mg (or 2 x 100 mg capsules, spaced 30 minutes apart) is easy to swallow...
(& you're not getting all the "other gunk" that is in the seeds; about 50% of the alkaloids are not beta-carbolines/MAOi(s) but more on the order of anticholinergics & uterotonics, etc...)
