Ive often felt that I just dont fit into any belief system. Im not Athiest because I do believe in something..But at the same time I wouldnt call myslef Agnostic.
The religious belief system i have been most attracted to Is Hinduism, but even there i havent found..well what it is im looking for. It seems most universal religions attract me in some way or another..Im attracted to the reincarnation in the eastern religions. I was raised a catholic but It never fit. I find the catholic church judgemental, condescending ad oppressive. But am I wrong to let the actions of the roman catholic church, bias me? I mean the pope is so anit-homosexualtiy but I am so against his opinions. Either way i dont believe in Catholicism anyway. But is their a name for someone who just takes what they want from a religion or even several different religions?

I call that type of person wise.
You fit with my views.
Possibly Buddhism is close to what you feel about the universe.

Not sure what the best religion for you is?
Then take this quiz-ish thing:

Don't be so eager to label yourself. You are an individual. A free spirit. I don't have a religion either. Like you, I also take what meaningful things I can from religion that I think are important. I choose not to follow or associate myself with any of them though. To constantly question one's ethics about certain ideas and ways of life helps you to grow as a person. If you decide that one way of life or belief is above all others and settle on that then you are not providing yourself with room for growth.

I've been searching for years and still haven't found, in one single religious path what I'm looking for. I have however found what I'm looking for in Paganism (including Wicca), Christian Mysticism, Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism, Zen, more Taoism, Kabbalah, Islam (sufism), and Alchemy.

instead of asking where you fit in you maybe want to ask which concept or system fits you, should you want to explore one - so that you may better connect to what distinctly resonates inside yourself as your own answers.
Is it all about a concept, names or religions, or is it all about God.

In a world of individuals, comparison is ludicrous. I agree, why is a label needed? You just fit. Period. As you are.

Yeah now that you say it out loud it makes sence, beacause Ive never really fit in any aspect of my life I dont know why i felt the need to fit here. I think religious labels can feel very constricting, and afterall religion is a man made creation why cant i alter it. Hmm I feel better about it now :) Thanks all
