As much as this looks like advertisement, it is not meant to be in the sense of one who comes to spam ads on the Forums.
I am sharing a e-mail link that I subscribe to. Most of the posts I have shared recently came from this group with permission from the author, Bhikkhu Samahita.
It is of the Theravada tradition of Buddhism (Hinayana in the Tibetan tradition).
