You're as old as you think you are....or as old as you wanna be.... one of those two is right :p

To me, being Hip or Hippy is a way of life. NOT a person who lived in a certain timeframe, or wears certain clothes. Old? Like the man said. You're as old as you FEEL.
It's true.
Welcome to you anyway. But! Be CAREFUL! You're in danger of making Friends or (Gasp!) even finding LOVE at this site. It happened to ME!

If I remember my biology frog riding wood nymphs generally live to be 1000 so you're barely an embryo.

After looking at the picture, I'm thinking, "Kermit was wrong, maybe it is good to be green." (You know, being the frog.)
By the way - shameless_heifer you aren't an antique.
Peace,

I'm not exactly an old hippie, but I wouldn't call myself a young hippie (certainly not a teen hippie). However, young... old, it doesn't matter. I'm just glad I found a site where all could meet up. I'm 30 yrs old but got turned on to the hippie lifestyle at a very young age. Some say I was born a hippie. Maybe I died in the late sixties and couldn't wait to be reincarnated back into 1974. Any thoughts?
I have to wonder sometimes about that, Lotus butterfly....I think that perhaps some of the younger hippies may be reincarnations of some of the 60's hippies that died early of whatever cause...I'm not proposing any theories here, but maybe some of these souls didn't get to finish what they came here to do in the 60's, and returned to this time and place to continue on. If that is the case (and even if it is not) welcome back! We need all the positive, progressive energy we can get!

Right on sister Sus. I've often thought this myself and now I'm wondering what I came to finish (aside from spreading the love and postive energy). Anyway thanks for the reply :)

lol. Yeah. I've been wondering the same thing. I'm 33 and my life just pretty much radiates hippy. Start a 'not that old, not that young' forum :) ?

Hey Matt. I'm doing OK. Stayed on the road longer than usual this year so I haven't had the chance to get on here as much as I'd like.
What's going on with you? :D

Looking at this thread in the index and seeing your name right below it put "I am an old woman" in my head. ~erm... don't try to make sense of it; I gave up a long time ago~ Could be you're an angel that flies to Montgomery. Can I make you a poster of an old rodeo? Maybe we give each other something we can hold on to. Cuz believing in this living can be a hard way to go.
Don't think you're old. If I did, I'd be a dinosaur.;)

Dad.. It's nice to see you.. I haven't been on a lot the past week or so..I come in to check my messages and respond when I'm called.. I've been trying to catch up on some writing, I'm on the second phase of my book and I need to give some of my time to it.. there's no other place to cut time cornes except my forum time so if I'm to finish my project by the New Year I need to consentrate a little more on it..but I do come in and check most everyday..Thank you for the thought..

OH, my aching.....nevermind.
"Never complain, half the people you complain to don't care, and the other half think you probably deserve it anyway".....just an old saying I heard somewhere.
LUV, that is one of my alltime favorite songs.
Just how in the hell can a person go to work in the mornin', come home in the evenin', and have a'nothin' to say???
As you can see kindwoman, we understand where you're at. We've all been there or are headed there. Just hang out, enjoy us as we will enjoy you.
There are a few new faces around these parts and some old one's too..all beautiful in their own way.
WELCOME SISTA!!!
