I've been doing my new tai-chi classes for the last few weeks and we were shown a standing meditation. It's basically done in the Wu-Chi stance which is the stance from which someone starts the form. I've found it to be great for meditation and as someone who basically practised both Buddhism and meditation without any guidance it's great to finally have some to give you tips and help you along. It can be hard to the legs after awhile but my teacher has assured me this will clear after awhile once I get used to doing it regularly.

It is :D I'm still doing it every day aswell. I'd highly recommend it as opposed to or as a change from normal sitting meditation.
