George Orwell was right! he was just a bit off the timeline with it.
if you haven't read 1984, you should. it will give you a better understanding of what we are going through right now in "America." things seem likely to get much worse.
tv sucks peoples consciousness out of them and controls it.
when they come back to themselves after watching there is a big gap in their consciousness of Self, which is then filled in with whatever content they absorbed through the tv. it is a form of control, just like religion and voting.
