I have been looking for some of that tea and this sounds great to make up and take into work for breaks etc. I will have to get all the stiff and make some.

is there a vegan version? i know that NOW foods makes an unsweetened organic non-engeneared powdered soy milk(too many adjectives but in a world so bad i guess its hard to be good)
i wonder if htat would work? i also avoid things like non-dairy creamer, because of the attrocities it might be made from. but the recipie seems right to me.

I think that Chai would be a wonderful name for a child! I'll support you in that!

I like making mine a bit more citrusy, so I mix in a bit of freshly squeezed juice from some lemon and mandarins... yummy!
