Edit button

I'm sure I am not the only one who is regularly annoyed by the inconsistently appearing "edit" button in each post. When present, it seems only available for a one time edit rather than remaining a permanent feature as one finds on other boards.

Could whomever is in charge of the layout and functioning of these boards PLEASE establish a perment edit feature so that posts may be edited as necessary.

Editing is only allowed in some forums, and sometimes only for members as stated before. I'm not quite sure if sometimes the edit button would only appear once, but if it does that's a great idea. Who really would need to edit their post more than once? The only thing I can think of is someone who wanted to cause trouble by changing their words, harassing folks, etc.

Well, I can see why the need to edit multiple times could arise (when English is not your first language, you're bound to notice mistakes only after posting, and if the post is long...), but I can't recall ever not being able to find the Edit button. Strange.

Yeah, the edit button is good stuff. Like when ya say sumpthin' stupid and want to change it. Think it all comes down to the thinking before ya speak thing. That works backwards for some of us.

(See your Forum for example, under"Images AS Links")
