Oh Good! I left the leaves on the hostas because they're supposed to go into the winter with dying leaves so that the roots get fed. You can separate those hostas into 4 sections if'n you'd like. And the lily roots can be divided too. Just make sure the roots have a plant bud on them.

I'm just back from pickin' up 12 bales of hay for the gang. This is gettin' real old in a hurry. Well not actually in a hurry... I've been dealing with these hay guys for 24 years so I know that I have to give them at least 2 weeks advance notice when ordering a few tons of hay.... that was 5 weeks ago. But today I ran out and I'm thinkin'... there's this other hay dealer down the road from us... maybe I'll call him.

Not much else is new. Perhaps after this farce of an election is over with I'll feel more myself again.

HAHA...thats ok about the card...a piece of your heart was in there. I've done it myself with a painting...so wrapped up in getting it wrapped and in the mail..no business card..no invoice...nothing lol

I'm in a weird place right now...election time does that to me....I find myself shaking my head back and forth alot more these days..

Larry told me to tell you that he too really appreciates the beautification box, he can't wait to get it all going...with the new addition and the new porch and patio.
He's counting down the days now...rumor has it lay off will begin at Thanksgiving.

It was perfect timing with the roots, we are having rain today and colder weather is rolling in. Perfect for putting them to bed for the winter.

Hey Teepi,

This has nothing to do with the above. Over in the "Old Hippie" area, I saw where you said you needed another e-mail address (something about selling panties on eBay). My oldest son has his own business doing web pages, web hosting, all that. If you need another address, let me know. Also he gave me the straight story on the gmail-is-creepy site. Long story but it adds up to - gmail is great, not bad.

THE PANTIES THING WAS A JoKE!!!....although I have seen where people have gotten into trouble on there for selling them (not new ones).

Paintings is what I sell, and the occasional book, article of clothing,something from a auction or yard sale,etc...
And I'd like to seperate my paintings from the rest of the other stuff.

My daughter Sarah is working on a website for me, she just finished moving and just got her ISP squared away.
I also got an e-mail through my new server plus my yahoo mail is still going.
But I will see about the G-mail once she gets the site up and running...
I don't plan to run any covert business or anything illegal so G-mail shouldn't worry me.
So I will let you know.
