How do you remember the things you can't forget?

oh my....let me tell you. this is a struggle when i am forgetting but while i am remembering i feel like i could never ever ever forget. i feel so alive...but when i forget, i feel so dead and empty...but i dont even realize when i am forgetting that that is all that is happening.
then when i shed all that confusion and chaos......holy shit....that is when i am so alive. so i have to be thankful that i forget.
its like the music . you can wear out a cd then stop listening to it, and when you hear it again its like its new but there is so much memory attached to it too.

I don't remember the things I can't forget. Since I can't forget them, there's no need to remember.
love love.

If I don't loose my notebooks I am okay...but sometimes in the moves they get left behind and then I have to wait for the next remembering to manicly scribble and draw from dreams and some of the stuff is lost because it seems to be cylical and you always don't cover the same things you did before because the new aspects are now effecting you differently.
Then other times, like Marie said I am just too busy enjoying the energised state that I don't want to pause and do something so mundane as copying it down and I know I will forget at some point and it makes me want absorb the time even more...even though it's a lesson in futility.
