First stanza is well 'crafted' the second one sounds bland and I fail to see the connection to the first, though it is more connected to the third.

There's power in words and in a wordman ultimate power. Yr getting there! It reminds me in approach of an older poem by Leonard Cohen. A shortie where he talks about how his voice, his words can unlock the door of any girl. Oh, that's power!
