her eyes shine with the infinite wisdom of the grey tide
and her dress is a crimson cloak;
the faeries play hide and seek in the velvet folds.

her fingernails are half moons
darkened with bits of earth from tending to her garden
of morning glories and forgotten dreams.

her hair is the mist before the dawn
braided and curled like the weeping branches
of the willow tree.

mama nature
take me home to your elysian fields of golden wheat
so I may forever rest among
the tangled prelude of petals,
an intricately timed
explosion of rainbow.

the clock
dangles on a chain
like a shooting star
from her pocket.

this is great, vixen! wonderful images; I was most fond of the earth in the fingernails while tending the garden... that's a lasting effect to it. faeries are always cool, too.

concerning the images, I don't think you have to be a member; refer to the faq and it should explain how to post images.

Check under the icons for 'Additional options'. If available, click on 'Manage Attachments' under 'Attach Files'. The FAQ I'm sure has alot of other options.

I enjoyed the magical feel throughout. You cast your spells, line by line, and the reader is left in luminous fields filled with enchanted beings.

I loved so many of your images...

Very pretty picture it weaved. The only line I didn't much care for was mama nature...seemed outta place, too casual maybe?
