when sitting in a crowded classroom, thinking to myself, i have always gotten really weirded out, like people can hear me think or something. like, if i am thinking about something private and someone looks over at me, i will be convinced that they either could hear me think or i was thinking out loud or something. and i used to have really strained phone conversations because i was afraid to say anything important because i was CONVINCED that people were tapping into our phone line. and everytime i walk past a window i get the feeling someone is watching or filming me. i have dreams about being in my garage locked in with a bunch of people in the window watching me. and yes i have been diagnosed with paranoia

Bloody_Kisses,
You're suffering from a classic case of paranoia.
No one is reading your mind, no one is bugging your phone, your mind is simply playing tricks on you. Your mind thinks everyday is Halloween but you never get any treats only tricks.
Brain Chemistry is the key.
If your brain chemistry is slightly out of balance it can have a detrimental effect on your conscious perceptions. Then again If your a conspiracy theorist then ride the wave :)

I heard this somewhere and it is a key.
"That's the thing with paranoia: most of what you suspect is true. You can choose to worry or detach yourself from it."
It's obvious that you do not fully love or trust yourself. Once you do, paranoia will no longer be a problem for you.
This is the second and most important key. Keep this simple; don't over-interpretate:
Send Love to whatever you Fear. Just send it love.

hotwater- ya I heard that one too :)
and midnightmoonlight- ya that's true... I think most people can if they're at home with themselves and have developped their awareness.

You know, sometimes, what we call paranoia is just heightened awareness.
