Most bookstores have a good selection on the topic, and the internet is a vast repository of info on it...

My only beef is that a lot of these books and websites make it a little too...'fluffy'. Although it is a very peaceful and joyous belief...it is also serious, and at times solemn...any work regarding magic should be taken as a true responsibility. A lot of authors and webmasters go about just throwing random factoids and lore out there willy-nilly without really doing much to explain Wicca itself, Magic itself, or the myriad of other pagan beliefs out there...

My suggestion for reading would be to pick up any book you see by one Scott Cunningham...his were the first I read on the topic and as I read more and more I found he did the best job of building a strong foundation and explaining the belief system, then going on to the "how-to" sorts of things...
