good NJ pain clinics??

So I'm movin' to Fair Lawn, New Jersey in a week on short notice for a permanent job. I have a very very very great doctor in South FL, (hehehe) but he's not gonna be reachable every 28 days at that distance. My problem is also that I'm 26, but look like I'm fuckin' 16. And though I've been in pain mgmt since like '03, when a doc sees that I've only been seeing the same doc in South FL (Roxy capital of the US) since I'm 20 he won't give me much credibility. I shattered both my heels rockclimbing, and have extensive records to prove it... yet the last time I tried a diff. pain specialist to try and save an 800 mile drive to my good doctor, he offered me fucking Tramadol..."Son, you've been taking enough roxicodone for 10 people, I'm gonna switch you to Tramadol." I left his office as those words left his mouth...I can't afford for this shit to happen in NJ too, someone please advise I've got about 2 weeks worth of 3's left and then I'll be in bad pain and sick for the first time since uhhh, well just about never. my current regiment is 240 3's, 90 15's, 60 poles... lol what's that in street value I don't even know, like 10 g's or some dumb shit?

Yeah good luck on that one I live in deerfield boca area, and I think you hit it right on the head with the credibility thing, have u tried asking your present doc for a referral to a pain clinic up there? I went to delaware with a broken leg went to the hospital and tried to get 30's they laughed and wrote me a script for 5's which i changed to 15's hahaha :cool:

Sorry guys, I'm so used to using slang terms with my meds I thought everybody spoke it....well most people do, actually.. 3's are Roxicodone 30's, poles are 2mg xanax bars...and as for the 60 dicks comment, you'd probably blow 60 of em for halfa perc 5...u know what a perc is?? lol I'm not even tryin' to hear ignorant shit like that from u or anybody. If you don't know, ask it's cool. Making comments like that just make you look like a jerkoff, I'm sorry but it's true. Do your homework, I've lived in over 15 states in my life and have yet to meet someone who does meds and doesn't know what totem poles are.. Anyways, I got it covered for now since nobody could come up with a good NJ clinic. My doc even said he didn't know of any there who would continue the regiment I'm on now. Ohio is where it's gonna be at soon enough, mark my words...that's close enough to Jersey for me. Hey "IRIE", thanx for not being a "dick" like what's his face, I'm actually in Boca right now!! I decided fuck it I need to go one more time before I get stuck up in Jersey. Went to "American" today so I'm WAY good for now... Except for one prob., can't get my script filled. (Rox 30's, 15's, and 2mg alprazolam bars...lol) I got there at the end of the day so the pharm was already closed, and I couldn't find one by 6.. do you know anybody who can fill em on a saturday?? I'm not allowed to fill em at walgreens or cvs, or outside of FL and walmart, publix, winn dixie, medicine shoppe, nobody has em. If you or anybody else can tell me a good place so I'm not stuck here til monday, I'll make it worth the info if you're local. Please get back to me asap! thanx
