Need to Know Peyote Dose Size

Hello- this is a question for the few who have ingested peyote out there. What gram amount of dried Peyote buttons ( like this picture on erowid: http://www.erowid.org/plants/show_image.php?i=peyote/lophophora_williamsii18.jpg )would one need to take in order to experience a good trip? There doesn't seem to be a lot of data on this, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
