Okay so, I really want to make a tye dye dress. What kind of dye should i get and how would I do it? Please help :)

The kind of dye depends on how much you are willing to spend & how much work you want to put into the dying process. Some people use RIT, some people used natural dyes, we use procion. The type of fabric can also be a factor.

cotton is the best fabric right?

cotton usually dyes fairly well with most dyes unless it has a stain or wrinkle resistant coating. hemp fabrics dye really well.

are there any good sites for directions in creating natural dyes>
I couldnt seem to find any.
And any favorite places to get cloth, or shirts? such as hemp, or organic cotton?

i concur :D no but i would like to make some really cool home dyes :) any perticular dies that work and stay birght longer ?

Procion Fiber Reactive dyes are the ones most tie-dyers use. They are vibrant & long-lasting.
