The website and endorser do seem to be legit..from what I have read and researched there are no state licensing requirements and through this guys thing it will only cost an $89 background and drivers record and they send you everything that is required..I know also, that after the packet they send you is done..it is another $130 for a $300,000 bond, which is required..

I had been researching this field for a little bit, most of the online programs I seen were $500+..I am sure they are a lot better programs then this one..but I can learn as I go, I have background in painting, tile, general construction, framing and handyman so those skilz will help..I have tons of foreclosed properties around where I live..this is a national company..

In Real Estate, every transaction has to have a property inspection...I am sure with this


job, just like any other job, the more motivated you are, the more money you will make..

You'd probably make way more actually buying a foreclosed property and fixing it up quick and then reselling it

yeah, that place seemed kinda shady for some reason..I would do the flipping of houses if I had the cash..there are a lot of first time buyers buying now with the credits from the government..but alas, I need to change what I am doing or at least add additional income...I plan on taking a course of home inspecting in the next month or so.
