i just got 2mg hyromorphone yesturday and ive just got afew questions.

whats the best way to ingest these bad boys? (besides IV, not doin it) should i snort, or pop? whats a good amount of mgs to get started with?

yea, dilly's have a really weak oral bio-availability..
unless you inject them, the only good use is helping with WD's..

however.. if you have no or little tolerance to opiates, dilly's might have a decent euphoria effect..

my friend who doent do opiates often at all, took 2 8mg dilly's orally and he was fucked up.. i ate 4 8mg dilly's and it didnt effect me at all

- stonerman, dont snort em, i think they are pretty damn harsh like that.. (might be thinking of different brand of pill tho)
just swallow them if you refuse to inject them.. and if you dont do opiates alot, it might even get you a good buzz..

but like any drug, make sure you know the dose, and know your tolerance..
start off with a little, and work your way up, we dont need anyone ODing ehehe

well shit, thats lame as hell. ive got 9 of them left. ive got a tollerance, but i still get somewhat of a feeling from them, nothing substantial tho.

i popped one, snorted one and then just got done snorting another one. im feeling something, im not knocked on my ass tho.

im not too sure how strong my tollerance is, probably about 20-25mgs of oxycodone. i dont know how that equates to dilaudid tho.

thanks for the help guys, very much appreciated. im going to try taking 8mgs tomorrow and hopefully ill get something out of that. i havent done that much yet, most ive done is about 6mgs.


my tollerance is probably somewhere between 20 and 30mgs to feel a slight buzz, but id assume still not much of a tollerance to speak of, so ill see what happens.



id be in a bad place if i experienced the world of IVing...so its better i stay somewhat oblivious to that.

Man, how I miss the time I spent with Miss Dilaudid during the hot summers in Rodanthe. The first time I tried her did not work for I only took 8mg up my nose. The second time I decided to shoot 8mg and fell in love. She ruined things for me and now I cannot get high off of Dilaudid since I have been on MMT for over three years. I tried snorting eleven 8mg Dilaudid one time and did not feel a slight buzz (Do not forget I was doing around 400mg of Oxy a day at that time). Your fear of needles is healthy, I had the same fear until one day the only thing around was Dilaudid and I was hurting for a buzz. Opiates will definitely test your mettle one day and if you are like me then they ruin you into junkie scum. Hopefully you will pass the test. God Speed, Stoner Man!

see, EXACTLY what you said just there is why i dont want to even try it, im already an opiate addict. and im getting worse, its still mostly just mental, but it scares me how much it controlls my thoughts.

im going to try and quit soon, but for now, im gonna finish up what i have left, and go from there.

yeah, i guess i was being a little harsh on myself. ive got depression and opiates help me out alot with that, but it is a double sided coin, it does wonders and doesnt at the same time.

but i think all you guys on here are great, everyone here seems to be really laid back, down to earth kinda people. couldnt ask for more.

Those conversion stats are correct. although I'd argue that its more like 2mg dilaudid IV = 10mg morphine IV, but it is different for everyone. The unfortunate thing about trying to judge your tolerance between opiates is that each person's body processes different opiates in a different way. It often depends on how your liver metabolizes certain drugs, and the way certain metabolites build up in your bloodstream. Anyway, the best way to go is start low and go high.

As for dilaudid, I never get anything from it at all unless its IV. I've eaten up to 12mg and snorted 8mg and felt nothing, but I'm in the hospital right now getting 2mg shots every few hours when I need it, and the rush is absolutely incredible.

Also, I don't want to encourage you to shoot up, but getting works is actually easy. A lot of cities have needle exchange programs where you can just show up at a certain location at a certain time and get needles, tourniquets, and all the accessories. All for free. I don't IV my own drugs (except when I have a PICC line in my arm and don't need to worry about needles) but I went to a needle exchange place just to see what I could get, and they said I could have as many needles and stuff as I wanted.

4mg is a good dose if your totally against needles then u have to plugg--you really will waste it if you dont--you can always muscle it in the gluet or deltoid just dont wnt yiu to waste it which u will if you snort or eat---PEACE

just to make everyone jealous, the docs upped my dose so i'm getting 3mg doses of dilaudid via IV up to 5 times a day. if only it lasted longer... the incredible euphoric rush hits instantly as my nurse administers it: she hooks up the syringe and depresses the plunger, forcing the dilaudid into the catheter that runs from my upper arm into my vein and all the way up into my heart. that means it is instantly pumped straight from my heart throughout my bloodstream. best method ever. and totally safe. but the rush dissipates after about 5-10 minutes, and then i just want another dose, lol. it totally kills my pain though, thank god.

ok, hate to post twice in a row but I don't want this thread to die because I love dilaudid now.. i'm almost ready to say it beats OC for me...almost but not quite.

I just finished snorting it for the first time ever, although I've been getting regular IV shots of it for almost 3 weeks now while I've been in the hospital, and have taken a couple doses orally (which surprisingly weren't so bad either) however, having just inserted 8mg of hydromorphone powder up my nose, I feel amazing. its all the beauty of an IV shot just without the initial rush.

I think dillies are my new favorite opiate. and since I think they are sending me home with my normal OC script and a script for 15mg hydromorphone 3x daily, I should be enjoying these for a while :-)
