Skyring?

Skyring

Has anyone tried it? It is a method of divination where you place a candle in front of a mirror then stare into the mirror and have a out of body experience.

It is also called the "5 step method".

I want to try it but would like to get so thought on it from the group, if anyone have tried it or knows something about it. .

I tried it once. I didn't need a candle, though. Just stared into the mirror and tried to clear my head and let what would come to me come. After seeing a bunch of colors, they cleared and my left eye turned black and started to drip. I freaked out and stopped. The next morning, my mirror was cracked up in the top left corner. That night, we were awakened by a phone call in the middle of the night. My grandmother had had a stroke that affected her left side. Life wasn't the same for us again until she died a little over a year later. :(
Crazy story, ja? But I swear on my life, it's true. May God strike me dead if I am lying. That's how much I mean it.

Hah! Don't worry about candles and mirrors and such. Just clear your mind - relax your brain muscles - and imagine your mind as an antennae which can pick up any and everything...

Biggest prob is simply ALLOWING it to happen.

its scrying not skyring. and yeah ya dont need all the frills as earthmother said,in fact a lot of times people tend to get the bad images when using the "tools".

personally i think for whatever reason using the "tools" brings out the negative energies rather than positive.
