Just got some HBW seeds from Camden markets I got eight in a small glass tube.

Just wondering whats the best way to have, I was thinking to have all eight with lemon juice after I crush them for a bit (dont have a morta and pestel).

What's the best method to prepare them and;

Should I scrape of the white furry stuff that is on the shell or split the shell open and only have the stuff inside?

Cheers for the link mate, I checked out the instructions on the site but I'm keen to use a method that doesn't involve petroleum ethanol or the use of a coffee grinder/morten pestle.

What's the best method in removing the white stuff outside the seeds? Can I just use a toothbrush.

After that I was thining of crushing them up a little bit with whatever I can find in my kitchen and then putting them in lemon juice, after this though should I strain it with something? or just drink the liquid?
