Marc emery, marijuana man, and that other chick (forget her name, lol) were busted for selling marijuana seeds to the USA. There all out on bail now, but emery's seed buisness is what funded pot-tv, cannabis culture magazine, and the BC marijuana party. hes not aloud to continue selling seeds, but he can still sell bongs and stuff, but without the seed money they dont have the funds to continue pot-tv.
