I have been craving fish tacos.

Im gonna do some tilapia or halibut grill seared with achiote, salt and garlic. Its gonna be crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
Im gonna do corn tortillas, fresh cilantro, avocado, red roasted tomato salsa, grilled buttery onions and roasted bell pepper slices.
