That isn't surprising. They're just playing their part in the dialectic. I knew that CNN would become the new FOX after Obama became elected, much like they were during the Clinton years.

lol, we were just sitting here discussing the tobacco tax. talk about raping the poor man.
fuckin, a one pound bag of loose leaf tobacco now costs 3 dollars less than we paid for a 4 pound bag before the tax. its insane.
we have 85 tobacco plants started and ready to go in the ground and enough tobacco to hold us till harvest. if somethin happens and we run out,i guess we quit. fuckem,i aint payin them for the privilege of smoking.

Oh lord the number reason the Tea Parties don't make any sense, not only are most of the protesters pissed about taxes (which are lower than it has been for the middle class in decades) but most of them don't even seem to have a legit reason for being there besides bashing the pres. Though I see HHB point that CNN is turning into FOX, I don't think they will get that bad though.

do you have proof to back up these statements or are you just making assumptions?
i know on the conservative boards i visit the main issue with the folks who attended the tea parties is the out of control spending started by the BUSH ADMINISTRATION,and continuing with the obama administration.
it has nothing to do with party lines or who's president. it has to do with folks worrying about the tax burden that will be laid at their children and grand childrens feet, all to bail out the rich who participated in a giant ponzie scheme perpetuated by the federal reserve.

I didn't say it had anything to do with party line even though the formation of these Tea Parties are largely right wing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoA9MHwFBts (leave to CNN to put FOX on blast).

The above link shows Obamas Tax proposal compared to the presidents of the past. Not only will you see that's it's lower for the middle class than Bush it's one of the but it's pretty much a revision of the Clinton tax proposals. So I don't get why people are complaining about taxes. However the bailouts do seem to be a legit argument.

dont kid yourself into believing all this spending isnt going to result in everyone getting taxed to death on down the line..

CNN is just as bad as Fox in every area. They are NOT news stations. The ONLY thing worth viewing on CNN is the Lou Dobbs show.Other than occasionally viewing that show I rarely if ever view CNN/Fox.I'd love to see the 24 hour stations taken off the air.Misinformation and downright propaganda is UNacceptable.

It is for this reason that i hope they eventually have cable a la carte. I hate that i gotta pay for all the crap (spanish crap and CNN Etc.) that they bundle and sell to us just so i can get some sports/history channel.

That's a great idea,I'd love to pick the channels I view.I only view 3 or 4 channels on a regular basis anyhow.I don't think the ratings systems are accurate anymore, and most stations may be surprised at how small their viewership "really" is--.It would also be a great way of getting rid of so many of the junk stations rarely viewed. --Of course CNN/Fox etc. might not like that idea because most reasonably intelligent people would not pay 1 cent to view them.
